If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ConnectMyIdea.

By submitting content, you grant ConnectMyIdea a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform for the purpose of providing our services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

The Platform offers optional paid features such as idea visibility boosts, featured listings, profile verification badges, and premium networking access. These payments are strictly for promotional and networking features on the Platform. No payment made on the Platform constitutes an investment, financial transaction, or transfer of equity. All paid features are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Pricing and availability of paid features may change at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent ideas or personal information.
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Using the Platform to solicit, process, or facilitate financial transactions or investments.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users through the Platform's messaging or communication features.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or Platform systems.
• Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to extract data from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Uploading content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

8. Profile Verification

The Platform offers an optional identity verification process for users. Verification badges indicate that the user has submitted identity documents that have been reviewed by our team. However, verification does not constitute an endorsement of the user or their ideas, nor does it guarantee the legitimacy or success of any venture. Users should not rely solely on verification badges when deciding to collaborate with other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ConnectMyIdea and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ConnectMyIdea and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another user or third party.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between users of the Platform are to be resolved directly between the parties involved. ConnectMyIdea is not a party to any agreement between users and shall not be held responsible for mediating or resolving such disputes. Any disputes between you and ConnectMyIdea shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Platform or other users.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.
